Today I am choosing to celebrate the things around me that bring me happiness and joy.
I am choosing not to zoom in on the laundry pile on the couch, the dirty floor, the dishes unwashed, the mountain of things to be sorted, or the books that never made it off the floor.
I will get to those today too....
For this moment I am making the choice to remember that I am equally surrounded by the beautiful
the creative, the personal, the collected, the precious.
Things all around me that I don't always see because I don't always CHOOSE to.
For me this is the practice of the positive
