Today we went to the "let's move together" walk held by the TN chapter of the Arthritis foundation. Never having done anything like this I wanted to go so bad but not by myself, some sweet sweet friends came with us to walk in honor of Brenna. I was so moved by their support, then I got there and Mimi and Mr. Dan had made these special hearts for all of us to wear Acts 3:9 says "And all the people saw him (her) walking and leaping and praising God.
It still makes me want to cry. How special, how true - she was walking and yes even leaping and I praise God for his goodness in leading us to good doctors, and medication that is helping her. And giving us such wonderful friends who care about us.
We all walked at least a mile - some of us did more- and some of us got to ride in a cool school bus stroller, and stop for special snacks, and a little fun in the play place. Brenna got to wear a blue "Hero" hat. We were all so glad that we went, although I am kicking myself for not having my camera - if anyone can tell me how to get pic's off my phone and on to my computer I can show you more. I'm so glad that you were able to do this!!! I checked on ours & it's this Sat...I'm working :(. Brenna actually looked at the camera!! :) xoxoxox
